本文从我国水泥生产的现状出发,阐述了水泥中氯离子含量测定的强制性要求,依据GB/T 176-2017《水泥化学分析方法》指出氯离子测定中需要注意细则和规避的地方,并通过分析标准样品GSB 08-2047-2013 评价本次测定各环节的准确性,最后得出结论以及强调试验中规范操作的重要性.
Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Determination of Chloride Ions in Cement Using Automatic Potentiometric Titration Method
Starting from the current situation of cement production in China,this article elaborates on the mandatory requirements for the determination of chloride ion content in cement.According to GB/T176-2017 Chemical Analysis Methods for Cement,it points out the details and avoidance areas that need to be noted in chloride ion determination.The accuracy of each step of this determination is evaluated by analyzing the standard sample GSB08-2047-2013.Finally,conclusions are drawn and the importance of standardized operation in the experiment is emphasized.
