Determination and Optimization of Ammonia Nitrogen in Wastewater from the Printing and Dyeing Industry Based on Nessler's Reagent Colorimetric Method
In order to explore the accurate determination method of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry, this study is based on the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method and refers to existing research data to explore the experimental process of ammonia nitrogen determination in wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry based on the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method.Through experiments, the optimal experimental parameter combination was determined to be a reaction system pH of 10,a color development time of 10 minutes, and a Nessler's reagent dosage of 1.0 mL.Based on this experimental parameter combination, further experiments showed that its RSD and spiked recovery rate were both excellent, indicating that the experimental method has high precision and feasibility.
