Analytical Method of 10 Metal Elements in Silicone Slurry by ICP-OES
Combining the digestion of nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid with the detection of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum,this paper developed a method for the detection of Al,Ba,Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Na,Zn in silicone slurry.The results showed that the standard curves of 10 elements have good linearity and wide linear range.The recovery rate of the method was 91.3% to 108.7%,which was showed the method has good accuracy.The RSD of each metal element content in the silicone slurry samples for 7 repetitions was less than 4.78%,which was showed the method has high precision.In short,the method is suitable for the detection of 10 metal elements in silicone slurry.
