Detection Method of Sulfur Dioxide in Exhaust Gas Based on Ion Chromatography
Objective:To detect and analyze sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas by ion chromatography.Method:First, calculate the real-time concentration value of sulfur dioxide in the current exhaust gas,and set the chromatographic column and corresponding detection parameters using ion chromatography.Based on this, adjust the detection device and set intervals.By measuring the fluctuation ratio of sulfur dioxide peak height and molar mass, determine the correlation coefficient of sulfur dioxide variation, and finally obtain the relative detection deviation.Result:For the validation of 5 exhaust gas detection reaction tubes corresponding to 5 regions, the relative detection deviations of sulfur dioxide were 0.16,0.18,0.21,0.28,and 0.37,respectively.Conclusion:There is a positive relationship between the relative detection deviation of sulfur dioxide and the concentration and amplitude of changes. The real-time concentration value and peak height fluctuation ratio of sulfur dioxide increase, and the detection deviation increases. The real-time concentration value and peak height fluctuation ratio of sulfur dioxide decrease, and the detection deviation decreases.
