摘要
本研究以PET材料为基础,采用酯交换法制备预聚体中间产物,再通过一步法聚合工艺对中间产物进行催化反应以获得聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT).通过对产物的表征显示,本次成功合成了PBAT这一组分,且热稳定性相对较为优良.在此基础上,进一步对其力学性能进行分析,结果显示,本次制备的PBAT材料在主要性能指标上明显优于传统模式下制备的PBAT,与市售材料基本相同,表明本研究一步法聚合工艺较具可行性,具有潜在的应用价值.
Abstract
This study is based on PET materials and uses ester exchange method to prepare prepolymer intermediates.Then,a one-step polymerization process is used to catalyze the reaction of the intermediates to obtain polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT).The characterization of the product shows that PBAT component has been successfully synthesized,and its thermal stability is relatively good.On this basis,further analysis of its mechanical properties was conducted,and the results showed that the PBAT material prepared in this study was significantly better than the PBAT material prepared under traditional mode in terms of main performance indicators,and was basically the same as the commercially available materials.This indicates that the one-step polymerization process in this study is more feasible and has potential application value.
