温度对丙烷选择氧化催化剂Mo-V-Te-Ox催化性能的影响分析

本文采用三氧化钼、水合硫酸氧钒和二氧化锑为主要原料,并添加氧化铈助剂,在不同温度下进行水热合成,并结合微波干燥和常规加热干燥,通过程序升温焙烧活化制备了复合氧化物Mo-V-Te-Ox催化剂.通过自建的气固相微型反应装置和气相色谱的联用对催化剂样品进行了活性评价.
Effect of Temperature on Catalytic Performance of MOV-TE-OxCatalyst for Selective Oxidation of Propane
In this paper,molybdenum trioxide,vanadium oxysulfate hydrate and antimony dioxide were used as the main raw materials,and cerium oxide was added.Hydrothermal synthesis was carried out at different temperatures,combined with microwave drying and conventional heating drying,and the composite oxide MoV-TE-0X catalyst was prepared by temperature programmed roasting activation.The activity of catalyst samples was evaluated by using a self-built gas-solid phase micro-reaction device and gas chromatography.
