With the focus on raw material slicing,this study analyzes the impact of different raw material characteristics on the quality of polycaprolactam through experiments.In the specific experimental analysis,the main considerations for slice characteristics include viscosity,moisture content,titanium dioxide content,etc.According to the experimental analysis,the relative viscosity of slices,moisture content(mass fraction)of slices,and moisture content(mass fraction)of packaged and stored slices should be controlled at 2.4～2.8,0.03%～0.04%,and 0.04%respectively in the actual production of polycaprolactam,while titanium dioxide should be controlled at a lower level.
