Research on Drilling Fluid System for Deep and Ultra Deep Wells in Fuyuan Well Area of Tarim Oilfield to Resist High Temperature of 240℃
The exploration and development of deep and ultra deep wells have gradually become the main target of oil and gas development.Drilling fluid is the core technology of deep and ultra deep drilling and completion engineering,and is one of the keys to successful drilling.This article analyzes the technical difficulties of Taco No.1 well and optimizes the filter loss reducer,asphalt sealing agent,high-temperature inhibitor,and high-temperature particle sealing agent of water-based drilling fluid,forming a set of water-based drilling fluid system that can resist 240℃ high temperature,and evaluates the drilling fluid system.The experimental results show that the drilling fluid system has good rheology and filter loss reducing agent performance at a high temperature of 240℃,meeting the drilling needs of deep and ultra deep wells in the Tarim Oilfield.
