摘要
为了进一步提升焦化行业洗脱苯工艺的运行效率和质量,以某焦化厂为例,对其当前洗脱苯工艺运行中存在的问题进行分析;基于现存问题,从调整吸油循环量、换热器改造、脱苯塔优化改造等多个角度着手,详细探讨了该焦化厂洗脱苯工艺的优化改进策略.从实际运行测试情况来看,本次洗脱苯工艺优化改造工作有效提升了洗脱苯的效率,并降低了成本消耗,研究设计取得了初步成功.
Abstract
In order to further improve the operational efficiency and quality of the benzene washing process in the coking industry,taking a coking plant as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in its current benzene washing process operation.Based on the existing problems,this paper discusses in detail the optimization and improvement strategies for the benzene washing process in the coking plant from multiple perspectives,such as adjusting the oil absorption circulation,modifying the heat exchanger,and optimizing the benzene removal tower.From the actual operation and testing results,it can be seen that the optimization and renovation of the benzene washing process has effectively improved the efficiency of benzene washing and reduced cost consumption.The research and design have achieved preliminary success.
