为探究粒度波动对壳牌气化炉气化过程的影响,通过调整煤炭材料粒度进行分析,结果显示,粒度波动对氧煤比、合成气产量等关键指标均产生重要影响.对此,通过实验分析后最终确定,将煤样粒度控制在 40~50μm范围内,以兼顾壳牌气化炉运行效果与方案可行性等多方面的需要.
Analysis of the Impact of Particle Size Fluctuation on the Gasification Process of Shell Gasifier
In order to explore the impact of particle size fluctuation on the gasification process of Shell gasifier,the coal material particle size was adjusted for analysis.The results showed that particle size fluctuation has an important impact on key indicators such as oxygen coal ratio and synthesis gas production.After experimental analysis,it was finally determined that the particle size of the coal sample should be controlled within the range of 40~50 μm,which meets the needs of multiple aspects such as the operational effectiveness and feasibility of the Shell gasifier.
