Research on the Application of Expansion Induced Cracking and Roof Cutting Technology in Working Face
In order to solve the problem of support difficulties caused by the difficulty of collapse and falling of large-area suspended roofs,the study of expansion induced cracking was conducted.Firstly,numerical simulation software was used to study the feasibility of expansion induced cracking and roof cutting pressure relief.It was found that the roof collapse situation was significantly strengthened after roof cutting pressure relief.At the same time,based on the actual geological situation,an expansion induced cracking and roof cutting pressure relief technology scheme was designed.After industrial verification of the expansion induced cracking and roof cutting technology scheme,it was found that the support pressure after expansion induced cracking and roof cutting showed a significant downward trend after 7 hours,with the support pressure value rapidly decreasing from 26 MPa to 16 MPa.The decrease effect was significant,and the roof cutting plan was feasible,providing a reference for safe mining in mines.
