Application of High Performance Inorganic Grouting Material in Roadway Reinforcement of"Isolated Island"Working Face
In order to ensure the structural stability of roadway roof and coal pillar in isolated working face,aiming at the problem of serious deformation caused by superimposed dynamic pressure in the mining process of two working face alleyways,grouting reinforcement measures are adopted.Sulfoaluminate cement clinker,quick lime,gypsum and other materials are used as the main grouting raw materials for matching,and additives are added to improve its plasticity and compressive strength.After reinforcement,the nearness of the two sides of the roadway is 217.5～252.6 mm,and the nearness of the top and bottom reaches 212.3～239.4 mm.The deformation of the roadway is controlled.
