二次扰动巷道注浆支护研究

为了解决二次扰动下巷道围岩变形大的问题,通过数值模拟对注浆支护方案下巷道围岩变形量进行分析,在得出最佳注浆加固方案后进行工业化试验,试验发现巷道的顶底板变形量最大值为 294 mm,两帮的移近量最大值为417 mm,能够满足矿井开采的要求,为矿井二次扰动巷道安全开采提供一定的依据.
Study on Grouting Support of Secondary Disturbed Roadway
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock under secondary disturbance,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the grouting support scheme is analyzed through numerical simulation.After obtaining the best grouting reinforcement scheme,the industrial test is carried out.It is found that the maximum deformation of roadway top and floor is 294 mm,and the maximum displacement of two sides is 417 mm.It can meet the requirements of mine mining and provide a certain basis for the safe mining of secondary disturbance roadway.
