3506综采工作面回采的5#煤层瓦斯含量高、煤层含水率低等特点,采面回采期间粉尘浓度较高,在一定程度制约煤炭安全高效回采并影响现场作业人员身体健康.依据现场条件以及 5#煤层特点,提出综合采用煤层超前注水、全覆盖喷雾(包括尘源跟踪喷雾、液压支架移架喷雾降尘、回风巷自动喷雾),并在破碎及转载环节制定针对性降尘措施.现场应用后,3506 综采工作面在割煤、移架以及运输等各环节粉尘外溢量均得以较好控制,采面各位置呼吸性粉尘、全尘降幅较应用前分别超过 79.0%、82.8%,取得较好综合降尘效果.
Research on Comprehensive Dust Reduction Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
The characteristics of high gas content and low coal seam moisture content in the 5#coal seam of the 3506 fully mechanized mining face are that the dust concentration is high during the mining process,which to some extent restricts the safe and efficient coal mining and affects the physical health of on-site workers.According to the site conditions and the characteristics of Coal Seam 5#,it is proposed to comprehensively use coal seam advance water injection,full coverage spray(including dust source tracking spray,hydraulic support shifting spray to reduce dust,and automatic spray in return air lane),and formulate targeted dust reduction measures in the crushing and transfer links.After on-site application,the amount of dust overflow in various links such as coal cutting,frame moving,and transportation in the 3506 fully mechanized mining face was well controlled.The respiratory dust and total dust reduction at each position of the mining face exceeded 79.0%and 82.8%respectively compared to before application,achieving good comprehensive dust reduction effects.
