综放开采顶板弱化实践应用

摘要
硬质顶板煤层回采作业期间采空区易形成大面积悬空状态,为避免因冒落导致的安全事故发生,本文以山西省某煤矿 2301 综放开采工作面为例,结合实际情况选择合理的顶板弱化技术进行现场应用,并实时探测记录顶板岩层来压情况.探测结果表明煤层顶板岩层来压步距下降明显,弱化效果显著,对该综放开采工作面安全生产具有重要意义.
Abstract
During the hard roof coal seam mining operation,the goaf is prone to form a large area of suspended state.In order to avoid safety accidents caused by collapse,this article takes the 2301 fully mechanized caving mining face of a coal mine in Shanxi Province as an example,selects a reasonable roof weakening technology for on-site application based on the actual situation,and detects and records the pressure of the roof rock layer in real time.The detection results indicate that the pressure step distance of the coal seam roof strata has significantly decreased,and the weakening effect is significant,which is of great significance for the safety production of the fully mechanized mining face.
