摘要
通过对化工工艺设计中存在的安全问题进行分析,对应提出方案设计、设备选型、原材料存储处理等多项防范控制措施,制定安全设计方案.要求化工企业与生产管理部门构建完善安全生产监督体系,从原材料、设备及生产工艺多角度进行风险评估处理,提升安全意识,保障化工企业的安全高效生产.
Abstract
By analyzing the safety issues in chemical process design,multiple preventive and control measures such as scheme design,equipment selection,and raw material storage and processing are proposed,and a safety design plan is formulated.Require chemical enterprises and production management departments to establish a comprehensive safety production supervision system,conduct risk assessment and handling from multiple perspectives of raw materials,equipment,and production processes,enhance safety awareness,and ensure the safe and efficient production of chemical enterprises.
