污酸废水处理工艺及试验研究

为进一步提升矿山冶炼过程中对排污废水的处理效果,降低其处理成本,重点对含砷污酸废水和酸性含砷废水的产生来源进行综合分析,并在传统废水处理工艺流程分析的基础上提出了二段处理工艺流程,并采用戈尔膜过滤技术对出水进行处理.实践表明,所设计的污酸废水处理工艺流程不仅可保证出水满足相关标准要求,而且可达到降本增效的目的.
Research on the Treatment Process and Experiment of Acid Wastewater
In order to further improve the treatment efficiency of wastewater generated during mining smelting and reduce its treatment cost,a comprehensive analysis of the sources of arsenic containing acid wastewater and acidic arsenic containing wastewater is emphasized.Based on the analysis of traditional wastewater treatment processes,an improved two-stage treatment process is proposed,and Gore membrane filtration technology is used to treat the effluent.Practice has shown that the designed wastewater treatment process can ensure that the effluent meets relevant standards and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
