Research on Resource Utilization Treatment Process of Tail Gas from Chloropropylene Production
The high-temperature chlorination process of propylene produces a large amount of hydrogen chloride gas as a byproduct, which is discharged in the form of a mixed gas with unreacted propylene. The separation process and treatment cost of propylene and hydrogen chloride have a significant impact on the economics of chloropropene.Based on this,a simple, clean, and industrializable mixed gas separation technology is described, which realizes the recovery and recycling of propylene and the resource utilization of hydrogen chloride, significantly improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
