Research on Regeneration Technology of Industrial CuBi/MgSiO3 Catalyst
Taking the catalyst regeneration technology in the production process of 1,4-butanediol as the research object,this paper explores the composite technology of regenerated waste copper bismuth catalyst and fresh copper bismuth catalyst under the overall molding process.The optimal regeneration process of copper bismuth catalyst for acetylene synthesis was determined by characterizing the particle size distribution,specific surface area,morphology,elemental composition,and phase composition of the catalyst.The mechanical strength reliability and wear resistance of formed copper bismuth catalysts were analyzed through orthogonal experiments and strength testers,providing new ideas for the regeneration of industrial CuBi/MgSiO3 catalysts and also providing reference for the regeneration of other catalysts.
