One Step Green Synthesis of HZSM-5 Molecular Sieve
ZSM-5 molecular sieve has a wide range of applications in adsorption and catalysis. With the increasingly strict environmental policies, the high energy consumption, high water consumption, and long process in traditional production have hindered the application of molecular sieve. This article investigates the one-step synthesis of HZSM-5 molecular sieve using macroporous silica gel, aluminum nitrate, and n-propylamine as raw materials, and investigates the effect of crystallization time. The results showed that with the prolongation of crystallization time, the molecular sieve structure gradually grew. After 36 hours of crystallization, high crystallinity ZSM-5 molecular sieves with rod like interlocking crystals were successfully prepared. Its BET specific surface area reached 421 m2/g,and aluminum entered the molecular sieve skeleton in a four coordinated state. This synthesis method has a simple process, low water consumption, and does not add highly corrosive hydrogen fluoride. It does not require ammonium exchange and is an efficient and energy-saving green synthesis method for molecular sieves.
