Effect of Hydration Temperature on the Selectivity of Acrolein and Acrylic Acid by Hydrothermal synthesis
In industrial production, the addition of additive Ce can improve the yield and selectivity of acrolein and acrylic acid.In particular, the selectivity is very good but the propane conversion and product yield are not high.B1-conventional conversion of propane at 450℃ can reach 38.43%,but the yield of acrolein and acrylic acid is only 5.21%and 1.47%,respectively.The highest yield of C3-conventional acrylic acid is only 10.4%,and the B1-microwave with the highest yield of acrolein is only 14.75%,which may be due to the low specific surface area, resulting in the catalytic effect is not ideal, but the structure of the catalyst is relatively close to that of the catalyst with good catalytic effect in the literature,as long as the method of preparing the catalyst is improved. It might work better.
