Solid-phase Extraction-HPLC Fluorescence Measurement of Food Contact Materials Bispheno A,F,and S Migration Detection
In this study,an analytical detection method was established for solid-phase extraction-HPLC fluorescence of bisphenol A,F and S in food contact materials.According to the type of food, the water and oily food simulation solution were selected for migration test. The extract was enriched, concentrated and purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, using methanol-water as the mobile phase and detected by fluorescence detector. The test showed that the linear relationship was good within the concentration of 0.10 to 100.0 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7,the detection limit of bisphenol A and bisphenol F was 0.02 μg/L,and the detection limit of bisphenol S was 0.05 μg/L.The recovery rate found that the three kinds of bisphenol in the five kinds of food simulation solution was 80.2%~100.1%,83.3%~101.6%,77.6%~90.7%respectively,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.7%~4.0%,and the method met the research requirements. At the same time,180 samples of 4 commercially available food packaging materials were measured in 60℃ extraction for 30min.Then,the migration of bisphenol was detected in 5 samples. This method is sensitive, rapid in detection and accurate in results, and is suitable for studying the migration amount of bisphenol A,bisphenol F and bisphenol S in food contact materials.
