摘要

建立了一种气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测水质哌嗪含量的方法,在pH=9.5、60℃条件下,使用五氟苯甲酰氯成功衍生水中哌嗪,衍生物用乙酸乙酯萃取进GC-MS检测,方法回收率93.5%~106%,在质量浓度20~2560 ng/mL范围内,哌嗪衍生产物有良好的线性,相关系数为 0.999,检测限为 6 μg/L(信噪比为 3),定量限为 20 μg/L(信噪比为10).

Abstract

A method for the determination of piperazine in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed.The piperazine was successfully derivatized with pentafluorobenzoyl chloride under the conditions of pH 9.5 and 60℃,and the derivative was extracted with ethyl acetate and detected by GC-MS with the recoveries ranging from 93.5%to 106%.The linear range was from 20 ng/mL to 2560 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999,the limit of detection(LOD)was 6 μg/L(S/N=3)and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 20 μg/L(S/N=10).
