Determination of Aniline and 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine in Soil-Liquid Chromatography-triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry
A liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the detection of aniline and 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine in soil was established based on the analysis of the improvement of soil sample pretreatment, detection limit, precision, and accuracy of the method. The experimental results indicate that adding an appropriate amount of ammonia water during the sample pre-treatment process has a significant effect on the stability and extraction efficiency of the target substance; The correlation coefficient of the target substance curve within the mass concentration range(0.5~100.0 μg/L)is≥0.9998,and the detection limits(MDL)for aniline and 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine methods are 0.2 μg/kg and 0.9 μg/kg respectively, the method has high sensitivity and good precision, with relative standard deviations of 0.7%~2.0%and 1.8%~7.2%,and accuracy spiked recoveries of 92.4%~97.8%and 99.1%~120%.The recovery effect is good, and it can be applied to practical monitoring work.
