摘要

简述了实验室废水的危害及有机污染物、有害无机污染物两种实验室废水类型,以化学化工实验室中常见COD污染指标的测定、处理分析方法,结合实验室废水COD处理过程中各实验参数对COD去除率的影响,设计出一套最佳COD处理实验条件.在pH=3.0 环境下进行活性炭吸附 6h,选用质量分数5%的硫酸铝溶液 2 mL、质量分数为 0.025%的PAM溶液 6mL作为混凝剂,pH=7.0 环境下充分混合 1 min,保持静置 4h.该参数实验条件下处理实验室废水COD去除率达到86.59%,处理效果最佳.

Abstract

This article briefly describes the hazards of laboratory wastewater and two types of laboratory wastewater:organic pollutants and harmful inorganic pollutants.Based on the determination and treatment analysis methods of common COD pollution indicators in chemical and chemical laboratories,combined with the influence of various experimental parameters on COD removal rate in the laboratory wastewater COD treatment process,a set of optimal COD treatment experimental conditions is designed.Activated carbon adsorption was carried out in an environment with pH=3.0 for 6 hours.2 mL of 5%aluminum sulfate solution and 6 mL of 0.025%PAM solution were selected as coagulants.The mixture was thoroughly mixed for 1 minute at pH=7.0 and left to stand for 4 hours.Under the experimental conditions of this parameter,the COD removal rate of laboratory wastewater reached 86.59%,indicating the best treatment effect.
