Analysis of Common Analysis Methods for COD Pollution Indicators in Chemical and Chemical Laboratory Wastewater
This article briefly describes the hazards of laboratory wastewater and two types of laboratory wastewater:organic pollutants and harmful inorganic pollutants.Based on the determination and treatment analysis methods of common COD pollution indicators in chemical and chemical laboratories, combined with the influence of various experimental parameters on COD removal rate in the laboratory wastewater COD treatment process,a set of optimal COD treatment experimental conditions is designed.Activated carbon adsorption was carried out in an environment with pH=3.0 for 6 hours.2 mL of 5%aluminum sulfate solution and 6 mL of 0.025%PAM solution were selected as coagulants. The mixture was thoroughly mixed for 1 minute at pH=7.0 and left to stand for 4 hours.Under the experimental conditions of this parameter, the COD removal rate of laboratory wastewater reached 86.59%,indicating the best treatment effect.
