Research on Influencing Factors of Detecting Biochemical Oxygen Demand of Five Days
Five day biochemical oxygen demand is an important indicator in water quality monitoring.Comparative analysis was conducted on the determination methods of dissolved oxygen in the sample, and a detailed study was conducted on the influence of temperature on the five day biochemical oxygen demand. The results showed that under certain other conditions, the electrochemical probe method has a relative advantage in determining the five-day biochemical oxygen demand in the laboratory, and the optimal measurement temperature is 20℃.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit, precision, and accuracy of the actual sample were analyzed and determined, and the results all met the quality control requirements.
