太钢粉煤灰高浓度浮选脱碳试验研究

粉煤灰加气砼建材的工业生产矿浆质量分数在 50%以上,为验证太钢粉煤灰在该浓度下的浮选脱碳的可行性,并与实际生产工艺形成低成本联动.本试验采用一段式浮选,通过单因素试验、分散剂试验,探究矿浆质量分数为50%条件下的最佳浮选脱碳条件.结果表明:在充气量 120 L/h,硅酸钠 1 000 g/t,煤油 800 g/t,仲辛醇 150 g/t条件下,粉煤灰的烧失量最低,为 2.31%,产率达到84.00%.少量添加硅酸钠能够有效改善浮选效果,相较于无添加组,粉煤灰烧失量降低 0.60%,产率提高0.86%.
Experimental Study on High Concentration Flotation Decarbonization of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Fly Ash
The industrial production slurry quality fraction of fly ash aerated concrete building materials is above 50%.To verify the feasibility of flotation decarbonization of TISCO fly ash at this concentration,a low-cost linkage with actual production processes is formed.This experiment adopts a one-stage flotation method,and explores the optimal flotation decarbonization conditions under the condition of slurry concentration of 50%through single factor experiments and dispersant experiments.The results showed that under the conditions of inflation rate of 120 L/h,sodium silicate 1000 g/t,kerosene 800 g/t,and secondary octanol 150 g/t,the ignition loss of fly ash was the lowest,at 2.31%,and the yield reached 84.00%.Adding a small amount of sodium silicate can effectively improve the flotation effect.Compared with the no addition group,the loss on ignition of fly ash is reduced by 0.60%,and the yield is increased by 0.86%.
