催化剂对聚氨酯注浆材料力学性能影响

为保证煤岩体裂隙充填用注浆材料的强度效果,向现有注浆材料中加入改良材料力学特性的催化剂,并通过对二亚乙基二胺(A33)、醋酸钾(KAc)、二甲氨基乙氧基乙醇(ZR-70)和二甲氨基甲基苯酚(DMP-30)等催化剂的特性研究,以相互配比混合的方法进行对比试验,最终选定由A33 和DMP-30 以 1.5∶1质量比组成复合型催化剂,取得较好加固效果.
Effect of Catalyst on Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane Grouting Materials
In order to ensure the strength effect of grouting materials used for crack filling in coal and rock mass,catalysts with improved mechanical properties were added to existing grouting materials,and the characteristics of diethylenediamine(A33),potassium acetate(KAc),dimethylaminoethoxy ethanol(ZR-70)and dimethylaminomethyl phenol(DMP-30)were studied.The comparison experiment was carried out by the method of mutual mixing,and the composite catalyst was finally selected to consist of A33 and DMP-30 with a mass ratio of 1.5:1,which obtained a better reinforcement effect.
