Analysis and Study on the Change Process of CO2 Absorption and Desorption by Organic Amines
With the frequent use of fossil fuels, the concentration of CO2 continues to increase. To study the changes in the absorption and desorption of CO2 by organic amines, hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine and tetraethylenepentamine were used as research objects, and mesoporous molecular sieve materials were used as absorbers. The absorption process of CO2 by organic amines was studied by controlling different amine loading amounts. The CO2 desorption process at different temperatures is analyzed using the Avrami model of adsorption kinetics. The results showed that the feasibility of the experiment was validated through the characterization analysis of organic amine adsorbents. When the amine loading is 30%hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine, the adsorbent has the highest absorption efficiency. At a temperature of 110℃,the adsorbent completed most of the CO2 desorption in 12 minutes, with the highest desorption efficiency.
