摘要
以山西孝义某选煤厂的易选煤泥为研究对象,在对原料性质进行分析的基础上,分析煤泥浮选工艺存在的问题,针对性地从更换浮选机、更换压滤脱水设备、增加浓缩设施、增加浮选尾煤单独落地系统、拆除重建 931 浮选精煤煤泥外运皮带栈桥等方面对煤泥浮选工艺进行改进,该改进设计方案完善可靠,灵活性强,可以满足浮选精煤泥及浮选尾煤泥的外运要求.
Abstract
Taking the easily selected coal slurry from a coal preparation plant in Xiaoyi,Shanxi Province as the research object,based on the analysis of the properties of the raw materials,the problems in the coal slurry flotation process were analyzed.Targeted improvements were made to the coal slurry flotation process from the aspects of replacing the flotation machine,replacing the pressure filtration and dehydration equipment,adding concentration facilities,adding a separate landing system for flotation tailings,dismantling and rebuilding the 931 flotation clean coal slurry transportation belt wharf,This improved design scheme is complete,reliable,and highly flexible,which can meet the transportation requirements of flotation clean coal slurry and flotation tail coal slurry.
