Analysis of the Actual Treatment Effect and Advantages and Disadvantages of Coke Oven Gas Desulfurization Process
In order to further explore the optimization path of coke oven gas desulfurization process,this study takes the problem of excessive sulfides in coke oven gas of a certain coking plant as an actual research case.Through literature research and other methods,three new desulfurization processes,namely HPF method,super gravity technology mode,and microcrystalline adsorption,are determined.Combined with specific indicator parameters,the performance and advantages and disadvantages of the three desulfurization processes are briefly analyzed to achieve the optimization of process modes.The final decision was made to use the optimized HPF method(wet oxidation method)for desulfurization treatment,which performed relatively well in actual operation and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
