Optimization Design Research on Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer Performance in Tube Furnace
This project focuses on the widely used tubular heating furnaces in industries such as petrochemicals,using computational fluid dynamics as the main tool.By establishing a standard turbulence model,using a PDF non adiabatic combustion model and a discrete coordinate based radiative heat transfer model,the flow,heat transfer,and mass transfer processes inside the heating furnace are numerically simulated.The research results of this project will provide important scientific basis for effective control of the combustion process in the furnace,optimization of model parameters,and improvement of thermal efficiency in the furnace.
