Reasons for Corrosion of Petrochemical Equipment and Anti-corrosion Management
In order to further improve the operational quality of petrochemical equipment and minimize its corrosion problems,this study takes the current operation status of equipment in a petrochemical enterprise as an example,combines theoretical analysis to determine the cause of corrosion,and conducts preliminary analysis of the corrosion mechanism of the main materials of the equipment through electrochemical analysis and other methods.Based on the results of mechanism analysis,a corrosion monitoring and management system for petrochemical equipment was designed to achieve preliminary monitoring of equipment corrosion issues.It is expected that the system will have potential application value.
