摘要
以新疆某热力公司 1 台 70MW链条热水锅炉为例,分析了原有低氮燃烧系统存在的问题,从锅炉风室、烟气再循环系统、二次风系统等三个方面研究了适用于链条锅炉的低氮燃烧改造技术.改造完毕后,该链条锅炉低氮燃烧系统脱硝效果明显,从源头上降低了氮氧化物的产生,并取得良好经济效益,为链条锅炉低氮燃烧改造,实现节能减排提供了一种可行可靠的技术参考和工艺借鉴.
Abstract
Taking a 70MW chain hot water boiler in a thermal power company in Xinjiang as an example,the problems existing in the original low nitrogen combustion system are analyzed,the low nitrogen combustion retrofit technology for chain grate boiler is studied from three aspects:boiler air chamber,flue gas recirculation system and secondary air system.After transformation,the low-nitrogen combustion system of the chain boiler has an obvious denitrification effect,reduces the production of nitrogen oxide from the source,and obtains good economic benefits,the realization of energy saving and emission reduction provides a feasible and reliable technical reference and process reference.
