摘要
通过对高压蒸汽锅炉及气化炉灰渣处理系统相关流程介绍,指出煤制合成氨灰渣处理装置生产过程存在的诸多问题,针对问题采取措施并制定出灰渣处理最佳优化方案,解决生产运行瓶颈问题,达到提高企业经济效益及社会效益目的.
Abstract
Through the introduction of the relevant processes of the ash treatment system for high-pressure steam boilers and gasifiers,it is pointed out that there are many problems in the production process of coal synthesis ammonia ash treatment equipment.Measures are taken to address these problems and the best optimization plan for ash treatment is formulated to solve the bottleneck problem of production and operation,and achieve the goal of improving the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
