为提高采面煤炭资源采收率、缓解采掘接替紧张局面并为降低巷道掘进成本,将切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用到3804 综采工作面.依据 3804 综采工作面现场地质条件、顶板岩性,对 3804 机巷超前支护、切顶爆破以及临时支护方案等进行设计.现场应用后,3804 机巷留巷段顶底板、两帮最大收敛量分别为 242、283 mm,留巷段围岩变形量较小,可满足邻近采面使用需要.
Application of Goaf Retaining Roadway Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources in the mining face,alleviate the tense situation of mining and excavation succession,and reduce the cost of tunnel excavation,the technology of top cutting pressure relief and goaf retaining roadway is applied to the 3804 fully mechanized mining face.Based on the geological conditions and roof lithology of the 3804 fully mechanized mining face,this paper designs advanced support,roof cutting blasting,and temporary support schemes for the 3804 machine roadway.After on-site application,the maximum convergence values of the top,bottom,and two sides of the reserved roadway section in the 3804 machine roadway are 242 and 283 mm,respectively.The deformation of the surrounding rock in the reserved roadway section is relatively small,which can meet the needs of adjacent mining faces.
