Preliminary Mining and Pressure Relief Process Plan for Hard Roof Working Face in Coal Mine Underground
In response to the shortcomings of high hardness, difficulty in self collapse, high compressive strength, and poor safety of the roof of the 8116 fully mechanized mining face in Taitou Coal Mine,Shanxi Xiangning Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,a simple supported beam mechanical model of the hard roof was established. The stress situation of the roof under this model was studied, and the collapse step distance, roof thickness, and roof tensile strength were determined to be related.A targeted initial mining pressure relief process plan for the working face was proposed.A key analysis was conducted on the pre splitting blasting method and the pre splitting blasting process flow.According to the practical application in the underground working face, the initial mining pressure relief plan can significantly reduce the pressure step distance and pressure intensity during the initial mining, greatly improving the safety of underground operations.
