Safety Risk Analysis and Prevention of Combustion Furnace Explosion Accidents in Acrylic Acid Plants
In order to prevent potential risks of combustion furnace explosion accidents in acrylic acid plants and improve the safety and stability of system operation,this article first analyzes the fundamental reasons for the risk of explosion accidents,including equipment failure and damage,human factors,and an imperfect safety supervision system.It further explores the main impact of residual toluene entering the incinerator on the accident and evaluates the consequences of the accident,including casualties,equipment damage,environmental pollution,etc.Corresponding prevention and treatment measures have been proposed to ensure the safe operation and risk control of the incinerator in response to the above safety risks.
