大孔树脂吸附化工废水能力的影响因素研究

化工废水成分复杂多样,含有高浓度的氨氮、酚、油等,成分中含有毒性物质.目前采用的处理工艺分离效率低、成本高、能耗高,且需要加入多种药剂,极易造成二次污染.大孔树脂可以吸附化工废水中的油、酚物质,实现化工废水的资源化、无害化处理,通过对大孔树脂在化工废水中吸附能力的影响因素研究,发现实现大孔树脂吸附能力最大化的环境,实现大孔树脂在化工废水中的最大吸附能力.
Study on the Factors Affecting the Adsorption Capacity of Macroporous Resin in Coal Chemical Wastewater
The composition of coal chemical wastewater is complex and varied.It contains high concentration of ammonia-nitrogen,phenol,oil,etc,and contains toxic substances.At present,the current treatment process has low separation efficiency,high cost and high energy consumption,and needs to add a variety of chemicals,extremely easy to cause the secondary pollution.The macroporous resin can adsorb the oil and phenol substances in the coal chemical waste water,and realize the resource and harmless treatment of the coal chemical waste water.It is found that the maximum adsorption capacity of macroporous resin in coal chemical wastewater can be achieved by maximizing the adsorption capacity of macroporous resin in the environment.
