摘要

针对某生活垃圾填埋场现有的"预处理+MBR+NF+RO"处理工艺,已无法满足水质处理需求的情况.为了确保垃圾填埋场渗滤液能够得到有效处理,实现排放达标,提出"预处理+两级DTRO+MVR+干化"的渗滤液全量化应急处理工艺,经实践运行,出水水质满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)的排放标准,且产水率不低于90%.

Abstract

The existing"pretreatment+MBR+NF+RO"treatment process at a certain domestic waste landfill site is no longer able to meet the water quality treatment needs.In order to ensure effective treatment of leachate from landfill sites and achieve emission standards,a fully quantified emergency treatment process of"pretreatment+two-stage DTRO+MVR+drying"for leachate is proposed.After practical operation,the effluent quality meets the emission standards of the Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Garbage Landfills(GB 16889-2008),and the water production rate is not less than 90%.
