为了实现火电厂脱硫废水零排放,进行了基于烟道喷雾蒸发技术的电厂脱硫废水处理研究.先对废水进行预处理,除去悬浮物,然后,进入旁路蒸发器.旁路蒸发器利用电厂烟道内部少量高温烟气,蒸发雾化后的废水.蒸发废水后的结晶盐和粉煤灰被除尘器捕获,同时,水蒸气与烟气一同进入脱硫塔进行冷凝回用.以山西某电厂为对象进行了实际应用效果检测,结果显示,项目所用的旁路蒸发器入口温度在 357~364℃,入口温度在 153~162℃,蒸发效果良好.对锅炉的平均影响效率为 0.08%,影响效果小.该项目系统可实现火电厂脱硫废水零排放,有效解决电厂脱硫废水处理问题,提高废水处理效率和资源利用率.
Study on Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment of Power Plant Based on Flue Spray Evaporation Technology
In order to realize zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from thermal power plants,the desulfurization wastewater treatment research based on flue spray evaporation technology was carried out.First,the wastewater is pretreated to remove suspended solids,and then it enters the bypass evaporator.The bypass evaporator utilizes a small amount of high-temperature flue gas inside the power plant flue to evaporate and atomize the wastewater.The crystallized salt and fly ash after evaporating the wastewater are captured by the dust collector,and at the same time,the water vapor and flue gas enter the desulfurization tower for condensation and reuse.A practical application effect test was conducted on a power plant in Shanxi,and the results showed that the inlet temperature of the bypass evaporator used in the project was between 357-364℃,and the inlet temperature was between 153-162℃,indicating good evaporation effect.The average impact efficiency on the boiler is 0.08%,and the impact effect is small.This project system can achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in the thermal power plant,effectively solving the problem of desulfurization wastewater treatment in the power plant,improving wastewater treatment efficiency and resource utilization.
