为了减少危险废物处理成本,提高处理效率,研究分析在催化裂化催化剂制备过程中产生的FCC废催化剂,利用高温熔融法对其资源化利用与处置.结果表明,高温熔融法处理技术对废催化剂上的重金属Ni、V具有一定的固化作用,对废催化剂实现资源化利用,以此减少环境污染,对危险废物的处理成本有所降低.经过深入研究和技术创新,为实现危险废物减量化、资源化和无害化的目标提供有力支持.
Research on the Application of Hazardous Waste Utilization and Disposal in the Preparation of Catalytic Cracking Catalysts
In order to reduce the cost of hazardous waste treatment and improve treatment efficiency,this study analyzes the FCC waste catalyst generated during the preparation process of catalytic cracking catalysts,and utilizes high-temperature melting method for its resource utilization and disposal.The results indicate that the high-temperature melting treatment technology has a certain solidification effect on the heavy metals Ni and V on the waste catalyst,achieving resource utilization of the waste catalyst,thereby reducing environmental pollution and reducing the cost of hazardous waste treatment.Through in-depth research and technological innovation,it provides strong support for achieving the goals of reducing,resourceful,and harmless hazardous waste.
