In order to reduce the cost of hazardous waste treatment and improve treatment efficiency, this study analyzes the FCC waste catalyst generated during the preparation process of catalytic cracking catalysts, and utilizes high-temperature melting method for its resource utilization and disposal. The results indicate that the high-temperature melting treatment technology has a certain solidification effect on the heavy metals Ni and V on the waste catalyst, achieving resource utilization of the waste catalyst, thereby reducing environmental pollution and reducing the cost of hazardous waste treatment.Through in-depth research and technological innovation,it provides strong support for achieving the goals of reducing, resourceful, and harmless hazardous waste.
