为了推动我国节能减排目标顺利完成,本文介绍了如何利用RTO高效处理工业生产中产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气的处理技术,在传统的废气处理技术基础上进行创新,加入电加热元件,区别于传统燃气加热方式.阐明系统中的电热元件结构形式和布置方式.并将此系统应用于某企业的VOCs废气处理中,说明应用流程.通过分析应用结果,发现废气中的VOCs质量浓度低于 20 mg/m3,且污染物为浓度与国家标准范围契合,说明去除率符合处理要求.
Research on Technology for Efficient Treatment of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)Based on RTO
In order to promote the smooth completion of China's energy conservation and emission reduction goals,this article introduces how to use RTO to efficiently treat volatile organic compounds(VOCs)generated in industrial production waste gas treatment technology,innovate on the basis of traditional waste gas treatment technology,add electric heating elements,and distinguish it from traditional gas heating methods.It clarifies the structural form and arrangement of electric heating elements in the system.And it applies this system to the VOCs waste gas treatment of a certain enterprise,explaining the application process.By analyzing the application results,it was found that the mass concentration of VOCs in the exhaust gas is less than 20 mg/m3,and the pollutant concentration is consistent with the national standard range,indicating that the removal rate meets the treatment requirements.
