350MW超临界循环流化床机组脱硫超低排放技术路线对比分析

为了提高火力发电厂的脱硫效果,研究将 350 MW超临界循环流化床机组脱硫超低排放技术和传统石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺进行对比.对比结果显示,相关技术人员对循环流化床干法脱硫四种指标的评分分别为 9.2、9.4、9.2、9.3 分,高于石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺.上述结果说明,350 MW超临界循环流化床机组脱硫超低排放技术可以有效提高火力发电厂的脱硫效果,减少火力发电厂的污染.
Comparative Analysis of Desulfurization Ultra-low Emission Technology Routes for 350 MW Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Units
In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of thermal power plants,a comparison was made between the ultra-low emission desulfurization technology of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit and the traditional limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process.The comparison results show that the scores of relevant technical personnel on the four indicators of circulating fluidized bed dry desulfurization are 9.2,9.4,9.2,and 9.3,respectively,which are higher than those of limestone gypsum wet desulfurization.The above results indicate that the ultra-low emission desulfurization technology for 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed units can effectively improve the desulfurization efficiency of thermal power plants and reduce pollution.
