Preliminary Study on the Effects of Fly Ash and Cement on the Stabilization and Solidification of Arsenic Slag
The total arsenic content of the leachate of hazardous waste arsenic residue produced by a chemical plant is 6679mg/L,which far exceeds the Hazardous Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard(GB18598-2019).In order to reduce the content of arsenic leaching from arsenic residue, the arsenic removal method was studied by calcium salt precipitation, and the stabilization and solidification treatment effect of production waste fly ash and production raw material cement on arsenic residue under different proportions was mainly compared. The results showed that under the conditions of fly ash:arsenic slag:cement=5:1:2,stabilization and curing reaction time of 1h and curing time of 48h,the stabilization and curing effect and economy of arsenic slag were good, and the leaching mass concentration of arsenic was 0.587mg/L.
