为了解决化工固体废物处理不当对环境造成污染以及资源浪费的问题,以三聚氰胺废渣为例对固体废弃物开展资源化利用研究:结合三聚氰胺废渣的特点制定了预处理方案和流程;对三聚氰胺制备三聚氰酸的实验方案进行设计;通过控制变量原则分别对反应温度、反应时间以及硫酸氢钠添加量对三聚氰酸产率的影响开展实验研究.研究成果可指导三聚氰胺化工固体废弃物的资源化利用.
Resource Utilization of Chemical Solid Waste
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by improper treatment of chemical solid waste,a study was conducted on the resource utilization of solid waste using melamine waste residue as an example.A pre-treatment plan and process were developed based on the characteristics of melamine waste residue.Design an experimental plan for the preparation of cyanuric acid from melamine.Experimental studies were conducted on the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and the amount of sodium bisulfate added on the yield of cyanuric acid by controlling variables.The research results can guide the resource utilization of melamine chemical solid waste.
