摘要

分析二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存发展趋势及现状,结合某公司已建成投入使用的 15 万吨/年示范工程,进行为期168 h的试运行,对不同负荷状态下烟气二氧化碳捕集率及主要技术指标参数进行分析.从监测结果来看,示范装置系统工艺设计合理,所得液化二氧化碳产品浓度保持在 99.5%以上,完全满足驱油、化工利用封存等需求.

Abstract

Analyzing the development trend and current situation of carbon dioxide capture,utilization,and storage,combined with a 150000 ton/year demonstration project already built and put into use by a certain company,a 168 hour trial operation was conducted to analyze the carbon dioxide capture rate and main technical indicators of flue gas under different load conditions.From the monitoring results,it can be seen that the process design of the demonstration device system is reasonable,and the concentration of liquefied carbon dioxide products obtained remains above 99.5%,fully meeting the needs of oil recovery,chemical utilization and storage.
