Analysis of the End Treatment Effect of Volatile Organic Compounds in the Printing Industry
The printing industry is one of the important sources of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions. In order to comprehensively promote the governance of VOCs in the printing industry, various printing enterprises actively carry out a three pronged governance plan of"source substitution, process strict control, and end treatment".End of pipe treatment,as a technical means of VOC treatment, plays a crucial role in reducing VOC emissions.Taking a printing enterprise in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province as an example, based on the generation and treatment measures of VOCs in the printing industry, the scheme of adding photocatalytic oxidation method and activated carbon adsorption equipment is adopted to treat VOCs emissions,as the VOCs emitted by the enterprise are mainly ethyl acetate and n-propyl acetate.Practical testing has proven that the VOC treatment rate of this scheme is 97.25%when the equipment is operating normally, meeting the VOC emission requirements.
