摘要
为了提高PVC的热稳定性,对PVC用热稳定剂PU进行了研究,使用不同原料制备了 3 种PU,并对产物进行测试;制备了 18种性能实验试样,使用刚果红法与热老化法对试样进行了分析,证明了PU能够作为钙锌复合热稳定剂的辅助热稳定剂提高PVC的热稳定性,侧面验证了PU具有良好的性能,为后续实际应用提供了理论与实验支撑.
Abstract
In order to improve the thermal stability of PVC,the heat stabilizer PU for PVC was studied.Three types of PU were prepared using different raw materials,and the products were tested.18 performance experimental samples were prepared and analyzed using Congo Red method and thermal aging method.It was proved that PU can serve as an auxiliary heat stabilizer for calcium zinc composite heat stabilizers to improve the thermal stability of PVC.This indirectly verified the good performance of PU,providing theoretical and experimental support for subsequent practical applications.
