摘要

对现代煤气化技术进展及其在乙二醇生产中的应用现状进行分析.首先介绍了煤气化技术的分类,包括气流床气化、固定床气化和流化床气化.随后结合煤制乙二醇生产采用晋华炉的实际案例,分析如何选择合适的气化炉技术方案对项目经济效益的影响.在多种煤气化技术中,气流床气化技术在煤制乙二醇生产中表现出较为突出的优势.然而,具体技术选择应综合考虑项目情况、技术可行性和经济可行性等因素,以实现最佳的生产效果和经济效益.

Abstract

This article analyzes the progress of modern coal gasification technology and its application status in ethylene glycol production.Firstly,the classification of coal gasification technology was introduced,including fluidized bed gasification,fixed bed gasification,and fluidized bed gasification.Subsequently,based on the actual case of using Jinhua Furnace in coal to ethylene glycol production,this paper analyzes how to choose a suitable gasification furnace technology scheme and its impact on the economic benefits of the project.Among various coal gasification technologies,the fluidized bed gasification technology has shown outstanding advantages in coal to ethylene glycol production.However,the specific technology selection should comprehensively consider factors such as project situation,technical feasibility,and economic feasibility to achieve the best production and economic benefits.
